CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: The American Academy of Implant Dentistry-Southern District reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event a course is cancelled, the Southern District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by December 15, 2011, for a 100% refund, or between December 15, 2011, and December 29, 2011, for a 50% refund. Due to advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds can be made after December 29, 2011. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds regardless of when request is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
