CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: The American Academy of Implant Dentistry reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event a course is cancelled, the AAID will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by February 12, 2012, for a 100% refund, or between February 12, 2012, and March 1, 2012 for a 50% refund. Due to advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds can be made after March 1, 2012. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds regardless of when request is received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
